Commenting Policy

I love comments.

Comments make the world go round, here in the blogosphere. They make me feel happy and needed, and I love to chat with people who read my blog! But there need to be some rules for commenting so that this blog is not harboring cyberbullying or anything of that sort. Here are some ground rules for commenting on my blog:

  1. Keep it G-rated. AKA, don’t post anything you wouldn’t want your grandma to see. There are people of all ages who visit my blog, so please refrain from cursing or talking in depth about mature themes, if you catch my drift.
  2. Don’t be mean. I don’t want hurtful comments floating around my blog. If you disagree with someone, be sure to be respectful and kind. Discussions and debates are exciting and fun, but everything goes downhill if you’re rude.
  3. Don’t spam. I really don’t like it when people comment something along the lines of, “Cool blog! You should check mine out!” and then they give my the link to their blog. One, if you are on WordPress, your name will link to your blog, and if you’re not, you can put in your link anyway. Two, if someone comments on my blog, I have taken a pledge to visit their blog. So don’t worry! If you just leave a personal comment with your opinion on something, chances are, I will check out your blog. And if you’re a newbie, just tell me you want some tips. And don’t put mindless text in a comment either, please. IT MAKES NO SENSE.

Those are the only rules I have.

If you break any of these rules, I will either alter your comment as needed [i.e., delete a swear word] or just delete it altogether.

Be sure to comment, though! I love hearing from you. <3

Comment, maybe? :)
